I have an old PLX unit that I added a serial port to... Is it possible that this would be supported in HPTuners or would they need to know the raw data input in order to translate it to a readable...
So I'm trying to figure out cold start on my car... It's only been a bear since i swapped in the 36lb injectors... Prior to that with my 28's running around 32lb with upped fuel pressure I never had...
So I'm trying to research if I want to buy your product to see if it would have more table support and to only attempt at finding those tables and not guarantee you can, your asking me to produce...
Your also asking an impossible task of me, I do not own a HPtuner so I can't get you that log type or a Monte Carlo bin file in that format either. I was hoping to find this mapped in HPTuners vs DHP...
well no I didn't expect any software package to have every table mapped, but at the same time since thats true its not fair to say what I'm asking for doesn't exist if its not mapped in HPTuners.
...
Possible yes, but there is something making the vehicle go into open loop because of the current running state (rpm/speed/load/maf), there has to be something somewhere thats telling it to do that.
...
Actually my binary I can't since you don't support a 97 Venture file, but I did however open up the 97 Monte file I had and the tables I was asking about are not present, or there isn't something...
Thanks, there doesn't seem to be anything there that I was looking for.
Is it possible to get a listing of the tables that are mapped out in HPTuners for a 1997 Monte Carlo ECU?
I've been contemplating switching from DHP but only if the table support will benefit me,...
I would like to know a similar answer... But my question is if the software itself will support AUX inputs through a second com port.
I currently use DHP and UVScan to log and tune my car and...
I'm looking for an 04 3500 Malibu bin file to extract all the vital tables to make a 3500 run on a 3400 ECM as it would in 100% stock form.
I need either the bin to send to a friend to get the...
Not sure if this is where you got it from but UVScanning pid list has the one I think your using, its listed as group 1 and pid 46 and pid cat of 1
Never mind, I found it.
For those that care and can do this...
in your bin edit the Shift_Switch_Type parameter to be a 1 vs a 0 to enable the Perf shift option, and then you just need to put a...
I joined a while ago checking for ECM support but found out later I'm stuck with DHP due to the limitations on the HPTuner software, but
My name is Jonathan, 25yr old, been in the beretta world...
Ok maybe someone can point me in the right direction, I have the tables present on my ecm, but HOW can I hook up a switch to make them work? Ground triggered? 12v+ triggered? and what pin on the ECM...
Can you adjust your throttle blade itself? I've always heard that adjusting the sensor isn't going to solve anything because the throttle blade is still ever so slightly too far open resulting in a...
the only complaint/question I have toward support here is why are they so set in stone that they don't want to add anymore support for say a 97 Venture ECM or something like that? All I need is that...
Hrmm, well I had a 97 Monte ECM that was flashed with a 97 Venture bin file, so I'm assuming its not going to be supported since the ECM still carries the Monte vin, and I bet the vin/osid doesn't...
One last question... If I post a OSID can you tell me if its supported or not?
Ok thanks, so my best route would be to use the 4 credits and do a year/model registration once I figure out what ECM is compatable with my setup.
I think I'm going to have to scrounge up 499 sometime soon too... BUT only after I figure out how in the hell I can get my car supported.
I know they will never support my original year/model, but...
Other question I had is if I do individual vehicle registration does that cover just the ecm's serial number? or the Vin number? I'm assuming that my best route would be to do year/model licensing,...
Well I'm back to try this one more time.
I'm going to see if I can get my hands on a 97 monte or montana bin file and see if my car will run off of it... If it does then I may be interested in...
I've already swapped to a 16217058 ECM wich came in a Montana, Venture, Monte Carlo, and so on... I'm just suprised that this software won't allow me to use any of those ECM's and just overwrite...
I do know the OBDI solutions, I already attempted that route and it did not work, OBDII was the only other way.
I was hoping for a BETTER OBDII tuning solution, for example offering more tables to...
