Also Pressure ratio Limits,take the Maximum cells to a 7 value.
This may not work,but it's worth a try.

From what I have personally noticed is,if you zero or reduce the TQMGT Spark Retard,the idle will hunt and or surge as there is no longer over and under speed spark control.

You will need to do a write entire!!!!!

If they COULD be locked yes.

I see this is an 07 classic.
Put the PE enable TPS hot and cold back to stock.Then it will.LOL
Do it and report back,it will work.For whatever reason,this only happens on the 07 classic 9624 OS

It is not going idle very well with over and under speed spark the way it is.
