You'll have to rescale your map sensor info in the stock tune to run the 3bar maps. Tom (Iambroke) even suggests that it's better to not run the GMPP tune, just run the sensors with the 3bar info....
Unless you're running 15lb. of boost at idle, it looks like your forgetting to subtract 14.7 (one atmosphere) in your PID...

If it's not equipped with factory flex fuel sensors it can't be made to run as a flex fuel vehicle.
