hey guys tried to start turning a mates burnout car today combo goes like this

you want to change your spark advance but the editor is in rpm vs cylinder air mass and the logger is spark advance vs map? I made a new graph plotting the points to match the cylinder air mass...
so removed the maf pid and now in the histogram the spark timing is only shown in the 0.8g/cyl line?
heres a small sample of what I mean
49606
how do I know where to add timing if I don't know...
http://www.hptuners.com/forum/showthread.php?22609-Spark-Advance
link to borrowed config its about half way down
so far we have had heaps of problems with the timing in this car at first it was getting kr and going to no timing played until it went away end solution was to desensitize knock sensors a tiny bit...
so after fitting wide band and doing some logs found out car wasn't running lean so assumed last tuner had just put to much timing advance in
so after using histogram to see where kr problem areas...
thanks for the help guys
wideband has been order and is on its way
also not always 3.5 sometimes less as well
theres a good 1st to 2nd full throttle run toward end of log that's a good example

can somebody please explain why spark timing is going to 3.5* btdc after 4800rpm at wot in my mates a4 ls1 vy Calais? tune was done by a mate of a mate..
thanks in advance
