I think it might be that you're reaching the limit of the MAF table. Perhaps one of the custom os's would help you. I'm sure one of the more experienced guys will chime in.
Its kind of a double edged sword because you'd like people to know who the really good guys are and who the sub par guys are but you don't want to bash anybody either. I guess the moral of the story...

My custom predator tune was much better then my "in person" tune. lol :)

The knock at idle and off throttle thing is weird, the timing from IDRIVEAG8's tune definitely wasn't excessive. Id be curious to see the log of that if you had it.
