From looking at the stock manifold compared to the Courtenay sport product, they don't look like they would fit. The bolts don't look to be in the proper location.

I know that this was done with EFILive and was successful. Chev/Holden 1.4L Cruze E85 FlexFuel Conversion
They strictly just copied and pasted the numbers from an L96 tune. The injector boundary...
I'm starting to wonder if they changed the cam, or the setting point of the cam. Ie., the zero point on one may correlate to 10 or something on the other.
I've had very little success adjusting...
I'm not saying that the MAP sensor is maxed out, I was trying to say that the "commanded boost signal" maxes out and doesn't seem to go any higher. By adding in some more duty cycle to the table I...
After completing the posted DIY mod, I'm making around 230kPa at the MAP but my commanded is only 212-213kPa
I believe the limit of the sensor that is referenced for commanded boost is around that...
Another thing that you can try is this cheap diy mod. Bypassing the bypass valve solenoid by MPFab
I will be looking over your log later today.
Would it be possible for you to upload a log of a run from your car?
I know that I was able to build way more boost after my buddy and I installed custom hard pipes for the intercooler piping....
By adding more duty cycle in, you are telling the ecu to start with more boost and will allow it to get to its final value more quickly. I ran into the same problem and someone else was kind enough...
Some tables that I have changed to gain more boost(that you have not changed as much as I have);
- Turbocharger Knock Airmass Limit
- Turbocharger Base DC
- Allowed Pressure Delta Factor
I know that we need to have the pedal settings and the vehicle speed settings adjusted to allow us to NLS.
Do we need to have the "Manual Gear Type" set to "NV" or is "NVTime" exceptable to allow...
Great to hear that you are working on it. I appreciate all the effort that you put into this program. (I think HPTuners should buy you out and add this into their software)
For now, I have been...
Is it possible to add in support for variable exhaust cam tables as well?
Also in the e78, it seems to use MAP/BARO=PRatio instead of MAP
I've currently got a bad stumble through what seems to...
265kPa is 38.4 psia which is roughly 23.7 psig assuming the barometer is 14.7 psia
Now that I look back at my files, I've smoothed out the table after adding in 2 degrees over the entire table. I've since added another 2 degrees and I'm only getting KR when the car is really cold....
Smoothing out the spark tables worked for me!
I am also trying to get to the bottom of this weird KR
I've noticed that it always occurs near 3k
I also noticed that my spark table was choppy around that RPM. I've smoothed it out and will go...
