Looks like that timing map was done by a professional on a Dyno!
The easiest thing to do is lower the timing on someone elses tune and claim you know what your doing without a Dyno or much...

It has an 02 pcm swap & an 02 SD calibration (From 12212156). I set the fuel gauge output to enable pwm @ 60hz. Still nothing... Ive searched all over and I found where HP posted the settings I have...
