There are no cons to the 2 bar upgrade.. For boost you really should do it. Easier to dial in the VE, and if I remember right it extends your maf table, which you will need.
I would do a billet shaft at this point but it really shouldn't break so easily. Does the tuning school still turn off the torque management ? If you did that then put TM back in the tune.
I would try raising the regulator offset. Try something like 75 psi and see if it helps.
Not going to be enough injector unless you are really not spinning the blower much.
I am no expert but on my car I increased the airmass by the approx. percentage that torque has increased over stock. Never had an issue doing it that way.
Ran MAF only on my car for years and it ran perfectly so I have to disagree that maf only cant work. I didn't look at the tune yet but will when I have a bit of time later.
I have a fairly similar trans build and don't see anything too far off in the tune. I would try enabling the upshift adapts. Not sure why that's disabled.
Other than that you might have to look...
It is.
Which setting here is preventing rev matching from working...
I know it used to work in the past but since building my trans and retuning it hasn't. For some reason I just decided it would be...
I use the math parameter as it is in HPT and it works fine, but tuning in lambda.
Read through this thread... lot of good info.

Not really the same problem. Mine would idle fine even dead cold. It would just die if I blipped the throttle or put it in gear for the first approx. 2 minutes. I tried everything imaginable without...
Obviously they would be different depending on cam specs and valve events. I put the normal ect back to stock and changed the boundary so that it injects after the exhaust valve is closed at lower...
Just to update I can now say that my cold start problem is completely fixed after chasing it forever. EOIT was the answer.
I really don't know enough about it and should learn. I delayed the injection until after the exhaust valve is closed, and it helped big time.
Dead cold start this morning. A little surging in the idle but I can give it gas or shift into gear and it doesn't stall. Definitely huge improvement. Now I will recheck MAF and VE and fine tune...
I think I'm finally on the right track. Thanks for all you suggestion......many I had already tried and some it tried with no real result.
This morning I decided to take another direction and made...
Car was actually run maf only for years, including with this setup. I just recently switched to a blended tune. It runs better this way but no change to this one issue I have.
I tried a couple more...
No real change with those suggestions. I now lowered the over and underspeed spark corrections but will have to wait again to see if it helps. Pain because the car has to be dead cold for testing. ...
Thanks for the suggestions.
I am going to look at these possibilities as soon as I have some time. Would that emc12199 table effect only cold start like that ? I have never played with those.
I will start by saying I have read every thread on cold start issues and tried everything I can think of with no luck......
I have had a cold start issue every since I completed my current build....
Thanks. Just not sure the point of even changing it now since my tune is working great.
Is there any point in raising this now that its available and will it cause any other changes to the tune ?
Would think that would show in fuel pressure.
