TPS needs reset. It's showing voltage at idle. I don't see an IAC count. Need to log that on a DBC system.

Those codes are useless in a swap. I see some are still active. Uncheck those codes and set to "No Error Reported"

Delete your Starter Fault Checks as well under OS and Theft deterrent codes under DTC's. That should get you running. And your rear O2's assuming theres no cats since cat overtemp is disabled. ...
