58x crank and 24x tune ?
your injector data off by a bunch.need to add 14-15 lbs/hr.are you using a two bar map ?
thanks---brain farts happen with us old guys.
is there a secret handshake to get a lamda transform for the afx-ngk ?
thanks. haven't touched my tuner for 2 years due to some health issues so I downloaded the latest software and nothing is the same. the threads you referenced are a big help.
that battery charger can kill your interface. it did one of mine.
all kinds of really cheap Accelerometers on ebay.you would either have to find a way to calibrate or just use comparative data to evaluate changes in tune or equipment.
I would then check for crank sensor signal.
since you eliminated the maf,did you install an intake air temp sensor ?
when you open the histogram ,did you right-click and load all data ?
do the smaller 10" torque converters give you the same grief ? was considering going that way.
if it cant see the interface, the drivers are most likelynot loaded.do a search for driver installation.
running that rich you wont see much flucuation if any.
try unplugging the radio to isolate the problem. but it sounds like an intermittent short or loose connection which could be a loose ground.
read all of the stickies.then read all of the old posts that you can.
I see the three files. but your custom pid's are in the vcmscanner.cfg file that you did not post. look in documents/hptuner/settings/vcmscanner.cfg.doesn't matter now that you posted the pid.you may...
nobody can see your custom pid's unless you also post your vcmscanner.cfg file.did you by chance read this thread ?http://www.hptuners.com/forum/showthread.php?t=9448&highlight=egr
try a right click and save target as.
no.you still don't have the wb reading in lambda.see this thread---http://www.hptuners.com/forum/showthread.php?t=26134&highlight=plx+lambda . or use the search function.
your aux.20003 is the wide band reading in afr not in lambda . so your pid for lambda error is 100 x afr minus lambda devided by lambda. that wont work.need a pid for lambda---wb/stoich.
check your fuses.
did you check to see if all of your ground wires were reconnected ?
ok,i'll confess that i had a similar problem a year ago on a 6.0 liter swap. turned out i had swapped the oil level and crank sensor connectors and of course,it wouldn't start. found the problem when...
spend some time reading the stickies.
if you're running open loop--no trims. if running closed loop, make sure you have trims in the table.
