Post your tune and the log.
You said power throttle body. Do you mean Drive by Wire(DBW)? If DBW, you shouldn't have an IAC. If its DBW, is it the GTO throttle body that came with the intake? If DBW, is it working, key on...
The "V" in the 8th digit of your VIN also indicates a 4.8L. Do you indeed have a 4.8L? When i do a comparison log, less difference between your file and a 4.8(79) then a 5.3(124).
First thing I come to....your file says 5.3...but your cylinder volume says 4.8l.
Yes you did.
System/System/
Starter Diag -> Disable
Clutch Interlock -> Disable(should already be set for your truck engine)
Post your tune.
Maybe a log of what's happening? Did you get a DTC when you disconnect the IAT?
What does IAT read on the scanner when not running, does the temp seem correct?
Dude very helpful. Thanks.
Okay, after some research, it seems maybe I CAN "write entire" a different OS onto this 411 PCM. I've seen mixed information.
Does the new OS have to be valid for the 411 PCM AND the truck VIN on...
First off, forgive my ignorance. I have not worked with HPTuners in 3 years or so and have a urgent need
for help. After I post this, I will also hit the search but any help you can provide...
Hey man,
I think I wasn't properly getting VATS removed by not doing a "write entire". But I also tried what C.U. suggested in post #6. Good luck.
I would think not. Have you checked that the brake switch is set correctly?
Perhaps it related to torque converter not unlocking?
Still working on this?
Yes, you can view oil pressure. But if you add too many variables to monitor, you will start have issues. Try deleting a few things you're not concerned with and see if...
And if that doesn't work....change the sensor.
Mine got damaged during my swap and was not working even when my table was correct. Needless to say I had a little scare when I started mine for the...
Well,
I apparently just had the wrong data for the LS3 injectors.
Now they are less than +/-5% either way.
Thanks for the help.
I just looked at an 08 Z06(same injectors for LS7 and LS3 correct?) and 08 LS3 vette and its injector data is slightly different. Specifically, the offset data is different. I didn't use this data...
Thanks guys, I'm loving the car.
LSX378 and others,
I neglected to turn off the DFCO prior to running my histograms for my trims. So its possible that area of the curve need to be revisited. ...
Yeah, I have plenty of header wrap and the metallic heat blanket and I also plan to do something to allow more fresh air in.
I understand what you're saying....to straighten out the airflow and reduce the disturbances. But I don't really want to...I moved it to where it is to prevent it from being right behind the...
Why thank you....the plan is twin turbos and 1000 horsepower.

Well, it sounds like I just need to tune...no room between the rad and the tb for my maf to go. No biggie, just wanted to make sure i was seeing what i should be.
IDRIVE, thanks for the response.
I used the LS3 MAP linear(128.13) and offset(-0.31) that I found here.
Same with the fuel injectors.
My maf is about 2.5 ft from the tb, just after the air...
