for it to be proper you need to dial in vve at least where the ecm references it the most (at idle), not hard to do since the rest of the tune is perfect...lol

OEM uses needle bearings for a reason. BTR sells quality components. Sounds like user error.

if its not solely used for drag racing may want to consider using a maf sensor

I did show a few misfires but nothing extraordinary, I went down that rabbit hole and didn’t find much. I have heard of excess misfires not allowing lockup tho. Thanks for the suggestion

Curious how it could have locked up at all? If the tcm and ecm had completely different values.

Well I’ll be a darn fool my ecm and tcm vss values were not the same….the tcm had the correct value but the ecm didn’t. I sure hope that was the problem I’ll report back. Thank you for the replies

assuming my maf & vve are dialed in, i should be using those values logged in the scanner determine my airflow minimum values at each rpm in the column axis?

might a kind person please explain the relationship between the final airflow minimum on the idle tab and how it relates to the vve. trying to dial in my idle. thank you
