I think he should make sure that IAC valve is actually working. If not, replace it.

If you do that, you'll want to plug the current hole so that it's not sucking in unfiltered air.
I think it's reading high because it's too close to the radiator. See if you can make a new hole for your IAT sensor down closer to the throttle body.
Your IAT sensor is somewhere after that filter? Closer to the throttle body?

So, I finally changed my injectors a few days ago. They are supposedly GTP injectors(part no. 0280155737). I think I have the correct injector data in my tune for them. The car is running much better...
