I think you have to load the tune with flex fuel enabled on first and then fill it up. As soon as the PCM dedects a change of the fuel level it will calculate the afr based on the input of the oxygen...

I've added the following numbers to all of the rows from 0 to 43200 in the cranking fuel table and it helped a lot:

Thank's very much! I just found out that the engine is at ambient temperature which must be around 70 F or higher.
I don't know if it is of any help, I attached a scan of a cold start up of the car...

Ambient temperature was 70 F - engine was at ambient temperature (according to description of test procedure)
The drive cycle starts with a cold start of the engine, than 11 sec idle before driving...
