I would recommend putting it all back to stock under the COT parameters. This will allow the 02 Readiness monitor to complete.
Change all that back to stock....trust me.

Guys, make sure all of your catalyst overtemp fuel scalars are stock as well as valve and o2. If not the O2 readiness will not complete.
Not if the knock sensors switch is off in the tune.
Some Roush strategies disabled knock sensors.
Yes that's the way I've been doing it too but Roush is making it work with the IMRC harness. On that car I could log IAT1 (maf iat sensor) and IAT2 (manifold) with LivelinkII. Livelink will pull up...
Thanks for posting the Roush file. It helped a lot with tuning my 15GT with the VMP tvs. I just had a 15 on the dyno with a Roush blower and tune. Roush is getting their IAT2 temps by connecting the...
There has been tolerance issues with that throttle body. I insist on Cobra Jet dual 65mm.
Eric. I'm going to test this theory next week.
I agree and there's no huge power gains by removing them anymore.
It will throw the 420/430 DTC with defoulers so they need to be set to "no error reported"
I tried to open the file. Couldn't. I'd like to see it. What version are you running?
Log your fuel source and make sure COT isn't kicking in.
Eric, do we have access to the o2 sensor heater duty cycle settings like we have with SCT? I have a tune for an 08 with HP tuners and can't seem to find it.
Thanks,
Pete
Make sure the PE delay table is fixed. Stock it will never go into open loop at wot.
What are your plugs gapped at?
You have to enable LTFT's I believe.
If you disable LTFT'S it will never go "ready".
My buddy's brand new one with an exhaust never did better than 13.7 at the track with stock tune...we're going to dyno it next week so this should be interesting.
I just tuned an 09 TBSS and had to do a write entire every time as well. It would lock up during the erasing vcm part every time.

My basically stock 07 Denali has this problem if I turn off the torque management. I could never get around it so I have to keep the TM on.
I had an '02 Trans Am with h/c/i on the dyno the other day and the IAT would toggle between 88 deg at idle/cruise and 158 at wot. The a/f would go pig rich as well. The IAT definitely had something...
Definelty don't turn off any torque reduction stuff. You're gonna need it.
Your a/f is junk, no wonder you made no power.
