One thing I'm still trying to remidy is a TCC Slip issue, if you look at the attached pic you can see at 60%+ throttle the TCC Slip (rpm) and Turbine RPM both are erratic while in 3rd...
If you have an air leak before or just after the O2's you will notice the STFT's being really erratic and not smooth curves at lower RPM's (idle - 1000 rpm), they get better (smoother) when more air...

I'm running 08 C6 A6 Eforce 599 Kit, the stock Edelbrock tune is rich, there is a lot to be gained from HP uners, also if you have an A6 then modifying the transmission will help immensely.

As long as you have no introduced any knock, I cannot see a reason why not.
On a side note, I see you are using the 2Bar Map as well, how did you populate the Main VE tables?

After uploading any transmission tune, ALWAYS reset the Trans Adapts within the VCM controls before you start driving and testing your mods.
