tuning wise, how would you get the E67 to communicate with the T42? segment swap or is there a way without doing a segment swap?

a buddy of mine threw this idea out there. LSA/LS9 swap with either a 4l60e or 4l80e trans instead of the 6l80e or manual transmission. is it possible to create a tune for that combo?
