i dont see why they wouldnt. never heard of anyone breaking them. there are people making way more power than that stock engines. what engine is it btw?
adding timing in the high load low rpm area helped mine when i had a cam.if you watch the timing when you do that you will see like 2*. must be something with a cam wanting more timing in those areas.
PE throttle enable is 50. isnt that a little high for a boosted engine to enable PE? also how do you get away that much timing?
Just found this thread. After getting my car dialed in I always had a hot restart issue after letting the car sit 20-30 mins. I can't wait to try this to see if it helps.
this is good info. i was wondering how it was done. too late for me now but this may help someone else save a few dollars.
i think i got this problem fixed. after trying several changes to start up airflow, cranking fuel and a few other things with no changes on how it started hot, i tried what bigmike42 suggested and so...
My iat is located in the blower lid. Zl1 conversion. I used zl1 iat2 table for my iat.
any progress on this? im having a similar problem.
some people on this forum were having this problem not that long ago. they got the best results by increasing the manifold volume setting. its under the transients tab. if you dont see it there you...
I'm running maf mode and my fuel pressure does the same. I'm using zl1 fuel pump tables. After flashing my fp is just over 60 at idle. After about 8 mins it will return to normal-50psi. Then I can...
are you cammed?
i think hp included it manifold volume in the latest update.3.0.79
There's some zl1 tunes in the repository.
maybe base running airflow a bit high? i had a night fury cam tune that i was working on. it running in MAF only mode but the idle was perfect. check out what i had. mods were vararam, NF cam, LT...
what mods? what fuel?
i had to pull timing into the low 20's in the low load areas under 2000rpm. you have high 20's low 30's right now. thats what fixed my surging when i had night fury cam.
i contacted HP tuners about the manifold volume table. was told it will be in the update tomorrow. cant wait.
i dont have the intake manifold volume on mine. what version are you guys using?
i dont think he has to scale. but he still has to flat line the injectors for the return fuel system? if he does that according to the data for the id1000's it should be under the 127lbs limit. once...

im not entirely sure but doesn't flow rate vs press have to be the same value for the whole table since you converted to return style fuel system? hopefully someone will chime in that has experience...
i do mine in 3rd gear(6 speed) and start out about 22-2500 rpms. watch out for cops!
im going with bypass valve. im seeing 10psi with my lsa blower 2.75 pulley, with ls9 cam and long tube headers.
what other mods do you have? what octane is the fuel? why wouldnt they change the injector tables?
