Any knock is bad knock IMO. :) If you can fairly easily eliminate it and you dont think its false, I'd go for it.

What the heck is lean cruise? Usually, lean is a bad word when tuning. :) If stoich, which is supposedly getting the best gas mileage why would you want to change that?

My timing is all over the place, and LOW also. :) It's because of the air the MAF is reporting. With mine, the air flow seems to drop off in spots, therefore causing it to access a different portion...

How do you know you're running rich? Did you average your FTC 22 O2 sensor readings? If so, what did they average out to be? What are your part-throttle LTFTs?

Just to elaborate on what he said above...if you have your stock MAF, you adjust your injector flow rate table like was stated. If you do have an aftermarket MAF, people say to adjust the MAF table....
