No, you shouldn't bolt down a rocker while the cam lobe is up, even if it's one single rocker by itself. With all the rockers on a common shaft it's not possible to bolt it down when zero valves are...
The thing I don't like about 1-piece-shafts is, there's always gonna be at least one valve on each bank way far open no matter where you put the crank/cam. Depending on your springs pulling the shaft...
That's not a current valid GM part number, though some sites list them as crossing to 12580426/88894361. Where did they come from?
Here's the correct injector data, assuming "flex fuel denso injectors" means L59 (12580426), and that "lq9 rails and regulator" means it's referenced & 58 PSI base pressure.

If you're returnless/non-referenced and at 58psi, then the injector data is as it should be.
If the data you found for scaling the injectors said "these injectors in this PCM do not need to be scaled at all, anywhere, for any reason" then yes, that'd be correct.
Since DW doesn't have...
The ECM has to be powered up and awake before you can scan it or read the tune out. If the ECM isn't turned on when the ignition is on, and you do a 'read' with HP Tuners and save the file, the ECM...
Without the log files showing it doing the thing in the cool story and the tune file being used when the logs were recorded, the cool story all by itself is going to get you nowhere.
The BTR shafts are real 52100 steel the same as real bearing races are made of (and same as Jesel/T&D would use), not 4140 like nearly all of the needle bearing trunnion kits. It's not possible to...
All the other information is needed. Like fuel system/regulator type, and intended use (daily driver low boost, weekend toy, dedicated balls-out max boost race?), and injector dimensions (length?).

p.s. Dear forum software, thanks for automatically changing capital letters into lower case. That's super helpful.
Does it really have the dinky 29lb non-flex injectors in it instead of the original 50lb 12609749's?

No Bosch O2 sensors on GM vehicles, please. This little tip will save you many hours of cursing and throwing things. This is not a VW.
Genuine GM/ACDelco or NTK or Denso (the GM/Delco will be...
The IAT is different - LS4 is a 100k thermistor (scale goes from 47.5-100,866), LS7 (at least in the sample file I picked, since you did not specify a year/make/model or part number for which sensor...
The majority of the calculations the PCM has to do are all to answer one not-so-simple question - "right now, under all these different conditions, how long does the next injector pulse need to be?"...
SD OS has always not auto-failed the MAF, always have had to still do it manually no different than the stock OS. The "SD" OS will still run just like stock with the stock MAF and stock MAF settings.
If the first post had been:
"Hey guys, got this thing where it runs on this tune file (file#1 attached) but doesn't on this tune file (file#2 attached). What's up?" and somebody opens the two files...
"Hi, I'm new to all this. I want to make some mistakes, do you think this will be a good place to start making some mistakes? Please don't tell me there are better ways to do it, I am VERY SMART in...
I think what you don't understand yet (but will, when it gets to dyno-time) is that a 6.0 with a cam that big and a typical dirt track drivetrain is going to make way more than your 375/375-wheel...
This is going to go swell, isn't it?
