Try increasing the decel spark and increasing the decel cutoff rpm. Outside of tuning the camshafts can cause issues if not timed properly and a low vacuum bypass valve may be needed.
Work on your MAF tuning. Curve does not look right on tune. lb/min reset to .11 at 4200 rpm in datalog.

With rich dtc's you need to work on tuning the maf. Try delaying closed loop longer than 15 seconds.
Try increasing your crank fuel mass.
What is you base fuel pressure set too? May just need to start adjusting cranking fuel.

Which injector are you using? Leave it boost referenced to maintain effective pressure on the injectors. Your multipliers need be set to one.
Empty fuel tank. Run some high octane race with similar stoich point to pump fuel and see if it still knocks.
The current log shows it is pulling timing as KR increases. Current tune has the knock advance limit zeroed out past 3k.

Log intake air temperature. You should return your IAT multiplier back to stock. Let the ecu pull timing as IAT increases, high iat's increase fuel burn rate and will lead to knock.
