I was reading alot of your posts last night and will give the MAF tune a go.
force PCM into open loop, run engine up and down and compare Commanded AFR vs actual and the adjust the MAF...

around 5000 rpm, it seems my O2 B1S1 is erratic and goes a bit low, sawtooth like ?
from 4900 to 6100 RPM

Yep , that was a spike, not sure what happened there, dyno was set to 2500-4500, but when we saw knock, we pulled the emergency button :-)

We have struggeled with a 3 bar tune for a while, last night i found something very odd.

When i monitor MAP sensor on dyno it shows eg. 105 kpa, but in histogram it shows up as 50 kpa.
