Post a log so that we can see what is actually going on when it is acting up. Be sure to include all the transmission parameters and to log both cold when it is acting up and warm once it feels fine.

OK good. Then either take the TEHCM out of it and plug it in the vehicle harness or hoist the transmsision up if possible to get it close enough to reach so that you can connected the vehicle harness...

Assuming it is equipped with an 8HP, there is no low sprag, so you really don't want it to go back to first until you are stopped or it will have an unpleasant downshift clunk.

Do you still have the original transmsision there?

It must just be a VCM Scanner glitch then. The OSS is in the transmsision, you have to pull the pan to see it.

I have no idea if that will cause it or not, unfortunately the tuning side of things is not my strong suite.

Your OSS is not reading, no idea why that is but it makes it harder to analyze your log. The problem looks as if your transmission is slipping badly in first and for quite a while after the 1-2...

Fair enough, it just seems super odd to me, but I know nothing about racing. Lock-up in regular application is just for fuel economy, it is something you use only under light load so I was scratching...

If I may ask, why do you want the converter to lock when doing a WOT pull anyway?

I don't think raising the lock-up apply pressure is going to stop it from slipping, the converter simply does not have enough clutch surface area and the wrong lining to hold that much torque. And...

Not enough transmission PIDs recorded to know what could be causing this, but with the very few pertinent PIDs logged, it looks like hte converter stall speed fluctuates up and down when this happens...
