I am having the same issue on a 2004 ecu. My other SRT4 flashes just fine. This one will read but when I go to write it stops at 'erasing' and then says write failed.
What are the SRT4 tuners using to datalog on the SRT since it seems the parameters on the 3.0 software have gone to almost nothing? Am I going to need to pick up a Diablo handheld to get decent logs...

Yeah, Dave swears there is one, but even should there be such a table it would be simulated as well because there is no sensor or switch that tracks which gear you are in.

Yes, boost by mph, but most of the SRT community knows it by boost by gear.
The table is not there in useable form in Stage 2 or Stage 3 ECU's.
Under Engine/fuel/general/FA Stoich you will see the number .0696 this is the number that is used to get 14.4 AFR by the ecu, which is what it calls for from the factory to idle and cruise at.
