i did all the modification to prevent any exhaust protection activity

i'm not sure why you re enable ANN, once you enable it won't use VE tables
also no need to rescale injector data while you're using stock injectors. unless you want to continue using ANN
100% sure that you need to rescale injector data properly, especially voltage offset.
than rescale VE table, you will feel the difference.
