Unless your menu/table titles are slightly different than mine, I'm not sure I follow your logic. Engine>Idle>Airflow>Base Running Airflow>Airflow Final Minimum is that only thing that comes close...
There are 2 potential sources to this problem and I think some of the people here are talking about one and not the other.

I'm seeing a similar issue...probably the same issue. Fairly constant air charge, light pedal engagement taking off from neutral to 1st gear on my manual car. I've been through all the spark tables...
