Ok fixed the lifter and welded the exhaust up, now my 02 sensors are at least reading. Still got some header flange leaks to fix but i seem to be getting a handle on the idle tune of this motor....

Well found out a i had a bad lifter(Stuck up, wasnt accepting preload) hanging the exhaust open then loosen up the rocker arm which is why i was getting backfires out the intake so i had the head...
