Looks a little lean
That check valve is for the ac and heater vents. When you select the front or bottom vents and they work, the valve is ok, and is in the right direction. If it only blows out of the top (defrost)...
Do you have a log?
What is it doing? Fuel pressure should be at 58# for those 42# injectors. Then you will need to re visit the IFR, and probably retune MAF and VE table.
Your ETC Scalar is for a stock throttle body.
It would be almost impossible to run less than 10.99 in your LS2 GTO using 93 octane and 58# injectors, a 6 speed and whatever boost you have. I...
You need to have RPM on the left side of your chart
Open Channels, Click on add channel, Click on + External Inputs, click on the + at AEM, +at UEGO and then select and double click the number of your sensor. Save IT. Then go to Graphs and set up...
For Alcohol Boost Enrichment EQ, I use 1.23 across. That's 11.9 AFR or .81 Lambda. If that's a little too lean, then use 1.25 or larger. If stock pistons, use 1.26. For gas, use 1.27 or 1.28. I...
On your Engine---General---Fuel, Desoot Mode is still turned on. Could that be it?
I am changing injectors, and will post the results. I didn't have any problems with my last car on smaller injectors.(850's)
I am going to change the injector data, VE table and that's all and see...
I went back to the repository and got a 2012 Sierra file and downloaded the adaptives and idle spark tables. Same problem.
Its weird that 93 octane didn't give me problems. Sending e mail

Still has the big dip in rpm after a rev. Just before the dip, there is a drop to neg numbers in spark. Where is that coming from?
I reduced idle to 700 and that was too low. I settled for 800rpm...
I pulled file from the repository. Must not be stock---I used a 2012 Camaro because it is not even close to a truck setup any more.
Probably a mistake?
I set the idle for initial startup and...
The oscillating starts after I give it a rev. Rev---let off the pedal---oscillating (1) starts.
Don't know if I can log the PID's. I added the idle speed and pedal position. I will do another scan tomorrow morning.
Thanks
Thanks! Here is result. Still drops to almost 400rpm and then comes back after rev.
Scan attached---I added Engine torque and Idle adapt.
Starts and idles good, even with the lower BRAF. Goose it and let off---throttle drops one time and recovers, but it almost dies when it drops. Got an idea for that one little #^%$%$$
Got it. Be back later. Thanks
E38, 5.3 with Whipple 3.0, 235/250- 115 cam. Starts great, idles great at startup, after a little warmup, I revved it a few times and it went into surge city. When on 93 octane, it would drop to...
What MAP sensor is that? With Linear and offset 300/10.33
Power Enrichment ---Eq Gas and Boost is 1.18 across the board. Boosted should be 1.23 to 1.28
Spark map not setup for 3 bar.
Your log...
If that popping and banging is from a lean condition, get ready to buy some new pistons. Don't do that ---wait until somebody can give you some help. Do you have HPTuners?
Let's see the tune !! Speed density won't cause that problem unless it is done wrong.
Tune and log would be helpful. Where is Ed with the crystal ball?
Did you have it tuned after you installed the blower? If you installed the blower and did not have it tuned, was there different...
Segment swap will not work with this E40.
It looks like you have fuel cut while you have the pedal at 83% throttle and only 1600rpm? Is that correct
Seems like I heard somewhere if you have a...
Only open is used on SD ?
I was reading on Tech that a guy was going to use two fuel pumps, one on a hobbs, and install a timed relay to prevent fuel pressure drop between shifts ??
