Okay, thanks everyone. I have other issues. Plugged in the new pcm and was getting 6.2v with the key on for blue pins 7 (oil pressure) and 48 (map). Plugged in my original computer and same thing....

yes i filled the MAF table in with stock values, no change, updated my etc scalar to .0158 based off the doctor X info in this thread...
i was getting a p1518, but i unplugged the TAC module with the key on and plugged it back in and was able to clear the code. no other DTC
also I changed the MAF DTC from 3 to 2 as instructed, but...
still doing the same thing. Runs for about a second and dies out.
