I tried this with the Dashhawk. With both cable plugged in but the Dashhawk un-plugged I could not get HP to connect.

TurboMan, go to the Reduction Duration table under Transmission and TQ Management. Change all cells to .1

You will still have not TQ management but you will regain pedle operation.
