Bot it, I think I found all of the tables that are adding/subtracting:

Thanks for the response but I'm still looking for an answer as to which is adding versus which is subtracting....for example, in the second scan total timing is 22? AT WOT max power which matches...
So I recently had my bone stock 2011 C6 Z06 dynoed at CPR in Tempe, AZ and was very surprised at the results.....why? There was timing being pulled that I couldn't find a good explanation for....I...
Needless to say that I have a very big grin on my face for finally achieving a goal that I set out for myself long ago…..and the final numbers are in, 704/545 SAE RWHP/RWTQ for my 1988 LS7 Monte...
I strapped the car down on the chassis dyno to make some controlled runs and was able to replicate the issue by shifting very fast from 3rd to 4th gear. I changed the value on the control method...
Found it, thanks guys....now I just need dry pavement to try the changes! Has anyone else experienced this before?
No....where is this tab?
Took my car out to the track again only to still have issues between shifts....if I shift fast (not power shifting) the throttle body will only open to ~35/36% after I stab the throttle for the next...
Sorry for the delay on the rescan...been out of town, here is a scan with MAF off
Sorry, you are correct, this scan was taken prior to disconnecting the MAF but the motor still exhibits the same problem....I will rescan with MAF not working.
I'm not sure if I follow....I changed the curve based on what was need to tune the car on the chassis dyno at WOT so the MAF curve works just fine....I have completely disabled the MAF now and am...
Here is a copy of the tune and a copy of an idle file (dropped into Excel) where I blimp the throttle about 1/2 dozen times, thanks
I disconnected my MAF and have gone in and made dramatic changes to my VE tables and I still have a very strange off idle "flat spot" if I blip the throttle quickly....is there some other table or...
I moved mine 60 degrees with 690RWHP and it made no difference!
Sorry, yes, Bluecat :banghead:
I'm trying to tweak my VE table on my LS7 E38 PCM and tried using Bluecat's EQ_VE_4 to generate the necessary equations for the tables, however, the labels for all of the tables don't match....what...
Great question! Which tab would be tweaked?
The issue is gone and plugs are fine
Gas was fine.....like I said, it just went away as mysteriously as it appeared!
Strange...... made more runs on the dyno this weekend and no knock! It left just as strangely as it appeared!!!
I had some knock last time on the dyno and the car was running N/A with A/F in the 12:4 to 12:7 range without a boatload of timing so I figured that it was false knock and just shut the sensors off...
I went into the PCM and on the "knock retard attack" tab under spark and set the RPM disable at 3K RPM...this shutoff knock retard for tuning (I have been running richer than 13:1 so I wasn't too...
For the LSX intake update (which added 10 RWHP more) click here...
The preliminary results are in: Beck sheetmetal vs. LSX.....the LSX added 10 more peak RWHP (690 vs 680) and lost 3 RWTQ (540 vs 537) and added ever so slightly more under the upper curve! What is...
