I just hunted down a similar issue, and mine turned out to be how I had modified my fuel delivery, however, I don't suspect that's the issue here since you haven't mentioned any upgrades in that...

See now...I move too fast for that. I've already removed the check valve, driven it around, and tested it on a timer to see how long of a soak it can take before I can't start...and it still fires...
