Your O2's are probably bad. I had a similar problem. The STFT would max out after about 20 minutes
of driving and the wideband would be at about 10-1 even though the computer was commanding stoich

I swapped out my bosch O2's for some Denso's and everything is working
like it's supposed to. If you start running a little rich and goes way rich
intermittently, it's probably your O2's.
I'm still experimenting but I've got it working a lot better than it was.
Modifying the axis made a big differance
I've never tried it but it says for drivetrain braking but it might only work in manual mode.
Trans>auto shift properties>general>TUTD>mountain mode
Have you tried mountain mode?
Hopefully some one can look at my scan and give me some ideas as to why
