Usually when i had any RPM signal problem i change the rpm pickup sensor on the Dyno and if i'm not mistaken you can use a primary and secondary one. also DynoJet use three different kind of it....
As far as i can see you have lots of holes in that tune
Start by changing the values under dynamic airflow the disabled and re-enable RPMs
what MAP sensor you are using ?12615136?
Engine Dig.>General> the last 4 tab. max them out and give it a try

Also your Offset vs. Press tab. kinda high in the low KPA's stick with the stock one for now
Zeroing the maf cal tab. might be effective also under Dynamic Airflow in high RPM disable add 8192 and high RPM re-enable 8100
