yes that is the correct knock table. i see you added 5 deg good. the vve table, you go to edit on top left of screen. below that is the virtual torque table . this is where you add 100ftlb of torque....

put at least 4000 rpm in your pe not 0 . get the wide band hooked up and go tunning.
also add 100 ftlb torque to your virtual torque table.
add at least 5 deg to your max knock retard table from 500 to 2500 rpm. your vve table looks rough and your maf scale is not smooth. you need more tuning. It takes a while you will get there.
spark is high at idle. your spark under speed should be positive values and overspeed - values. cut the values in half at least . change in gear also.
set max idle to 1200 not 800 this should help some. your virtual torque tables are set to low add at least 100ftlb.
also in torque management peak torque add some there also
i looked at your tune. And a few things need to change. First go to edit and vertual torque set at least 100 ftlb more in airmass and maff table. This will keep you from pulling timming. log your...
