he's right on my Race tune anything above E50 gets all the timing
I highest I've seen has been 83%

I converted mine to e85 a little while ago hereis something that will help change the fuel type faster

I took a quick look over your tune and I saw this one thing that needs to be changed..
it will make the ECM react to the alcohol level in the truck faster.
and the it is how the Flex Fuel trucks...
there is already a pug for the sensor just in front of the fuel tank..
I added the sensor in line close to the tank by using a Female to Female line
Tune repository has a stock e85 tune
