Apply the values in the cam card regarding degree of retards , although that cam is supposed to be for 5.3 L83/L84 not L87 so it's kinda close to stock 6.2 cam .

Had this issue awhile back and turned out it was the check valve , just deleted it and it's solved .
Same thing , they started well but then I don't know what happened to them .
Best thing to do is going back to stock or move to another brand , I might give XDI a chance .
Those injectors are junk , take them off and flow test them , you'd be surprised.

Had the same problem with a 6th gen camaro that was tuned before , if I ever change any parameter on the file regardless what it was , the car wont be stable at idle , I have ended up loading a stock...
No , im saying on a NA stuff usually 12.6-12.9 are the sweet spot on LT's , people still thinks the DI should run leaner than PI but for me dyno sessions proved that wrong , leaner won't help gain...

From a previous experience, If you maxed the speed limiter it would show that phantom REP but maybe your case is different .
