14.6 just seems to be it's starting point. If you have the sensor unplugged, it reads flatline 14.6 all the time. I think they just start it out there until it gets the heater warm enough to see...
We're waiting to hear how it's working for you.
Unless it's a 2500, you've got a 4L60E. And unless you've had it built, you need to turn the TM back on now! It won't last long at all without it.
I'll let somebody else (Russ?) talk about...
:worship:
Now *that* was a read. Good one too. It's a shame my calculus is 25 years out of date. I could follow the theory well enough though.
Hopefully by the time my interface gets back...
So when are you gonna share the magic with the rest of us? ;)
Yeah, using anything for everything would be an awfully big issue. But it sure would be nice to be able to use egr pintle as fan 2...
It read's 14.7 until the sensor has had a chance to warm up. When the motor's been off for a while (say overnight) and you power up the plx without starting the motor what you will see is it start...
And you're gonna read a lot more! Take it slow, keep plenty of backup copies, and start off with small changes. At some point things will start going CLICK! and you'll wonder how you lived without...
Ah. Incremental memory allocation. Makes sense. I got stuck on manipulating the size of the array offset.
I think there would be plenty of power available. I don't know much about heap...
You must get bored easy. :D
Heck, bumping up to 24bits would give 466 hours of log at 10fps. 19 Days is a heck of an endurance run! Out of curiosity, what advantage would there be to...
It's probably not a memory issue (directly, anyway). At maximum data logged (40 bytes per frame) the memory required is only 2,621,440 bytes (or 2.5 MB).
Instead, it's probably the size of the...
Don't know why it would be taking *that* bleepin' long, but you can speed it up. Looking at the original tune you posted, set PE Enable torque to 0, and Enrichment Rate to 4.
If you've got ve in...
Please calm down. Do not worry, I'm sure it will be off again tomorrow. :D
Not sure which of us you're referring to, but my tune has high copied over to low (I have learned some things :p ). And looking at supajut's file, he does too. Mind you his is pretty different from...
Does a run look something like this attachment? This is one of my first-ever runs at a local track last friday night (truck needs a driver mod more than anything else right now!).
You see it...
Oh lord, the audio cable myth people are now going for the performance market.
Copper wire is copper wire. Higher strand counts will make the cable more flexible but provide no other...
I played with setting the bias to 1 a few weekends ago. What it did to me was make my AFR error % become absurdly dependent upon coolant temperature. Ridiculously rich during warmup, almost spot-on...
Not for those of us with '02 or earlier. On my '02 the high-speed pin on the ecm is used for something else... :(
I'd still like the better controls though.
I decided to let someone else say it first...
But yeah, the response seems kind of lame. They start off with the implication that Innovate got the best score because they advertise with FM (which...
I posed the question in their forums yesterday afternoon. They've now stickied a response:
PLX Forum Response
Please tell me they didn't really test accuracy by holding the sensor up to a tank of room-temperature gas and cranking open the valve...
An interesting read all the same.
That's annoying (although not surprising). I need to fish the controller back out and take some good pictures, but I'm all but certain that the power ground and the ground on the 4-pin plug are...
I was thinking about simming, but I started seeing people question the accuracy before I received mine. I decided to be a little extra paranoid. And it's kind of nice to be able to use the stock...
Logs? Just about every drive for the last two months... :p What would you like to see?
As to whether or not the cap is truly needed depends upon the design of the ecm itself. I don't have a...
