There are several in the tune repository. https://www.hptuners.com/my-account/tunerepository/?
In the tune file, Go to system - system options- under the column labeled ETC change the 1 in that column to a zero.
In case you don't know where the repository is, go here https://www.hptuners.com/customers/tune.php
There are multiple 99 camaro stock tunes in there.
Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction here. I'm well versed tuning gm ls engines, but this is the first ford I have tried tuning. It happens to belong to my wife, so any help here...
Ty,
I don't have access to my tune at work. From your comments though, particularly the part where you say, "how would I get a data log", it appears that you may not have read through the link...
First thing is to do what this link says to do.

I had that same issue on my 2007 and my 2012 Corvette with headers and corsa sport exhaust. I fixed it by adjusting the entry and exit spark tables on the table you posted above. As I recall, all I...
After you start and drive the truck, it will throw a lot of trans related codes, maybe some fuel pump related codes, etc.... Just set those to no error reported as they come up, clear the mil light...
Bottom line is that the truck should run if you have the stock tune in the pcm that came with the truck. I assuming by the name of the file that you have modified the tune beyond just turning off...
what fuel pump are you using? Have you checked fuel pressure at the rail?
There is a file from a 2000 posted here from a few weeks back.

Here is my tune from my 92 gmc with a 2001 5.3 in it. This tune works the electric fans with relays just fine. Do your fans work if you turn them on off in the vcm controls?

The first thing to check is that everything being referenced in the histogram is listed and reading in the main table. That is what I always discover if I have this issue. Others might be able to...
sorry for the misinformation on the write entire being needed. Thanks 2xLS1 for the clarification.
Sure. Wire it right, start with MAF numbers from an LS3 car, and then tune the MAF.
After turning VATS off in the tune, you have to do a "write entire". Just doing a "write calibration", will not get it turned off. For a swap car, all you have to do is the VATS = NONE as stated...
are both o2's showing up in the table display? Post a log if you can.
The first thing to do is to swap the O2 sensors from one side to the other. If the problem follows the sensor, replace the sensor. If the problem stays on the side it was on originally, then start...
Thanks guys, I appreciate the confirmation. I'll get a gauge on it. I am using a new 1999 fuel pump. It doesn't seem to be keeping up at WOT.
My 1992 GMC with a swapped 5.3 from a 2002 Silverado is going really lean on WOT. I can see it go to 16.00 on my wideband and to 1.08 lambda on the scanner. The injector duty is also going way...
Vats is turned off in the tune. You need to do a write entire when you flash to make it stay. Also look at dtc 420 and 430.
Guys,
I'm pulling my hair out here over a weird o2 sensor issue. I've switched sensors side to side and I get the same behavior over and over. This is in my 92 gmc with a 2002 5.3. The motor...
post the tune where you think they are turned off
That particular tune will be impossible to find. Are you just trying to run a standard shift behind a 4.8 or 5.3 from the truck? If so, all you need to do is run the automatic trans tune and turn...
