Curious if anyone else has experienced this one. This started happening before my recent switch to E85 and a tune so I am sure it isn't that. The car was totally stock. After about 10,000 miles when...

If it was doing it stock i would have to say its probably a hardware issue.
People: *ask for help on tuning help forum*
Mr. Smith: *WHY ARE SO MANY PEOPLE ASKING FOR HELP?!?! WIDEBANDS ARE THE DEVIL*
I think youre installing them wrong...
Pretty much every car is boosted these days soooo...............
Wideband is step #1
There are ways to use it in HPT without the pro version but even just having a gauge to keep an eye on is a really good idea.

Basically any table that uses g/cyl for an axis needs to be rescaled.
I could send you the values I use for MAP scaling. I dont think the IAT scaling is causing your lack of airflow. It seems that you lowered the turbocharger pressure ratio and thats what is causing it.
You could create your own scaling if you really wanted to. Ive done it before at work. We froze some ATF down to -35 and stuck the sensor in, then recorded the voltage/resistance as the temperature...
I never changed my IAT calibration when I started using the LNF 3 bar sensor. It seems to be reading pretty accurately.
You pull the file off of your car and work from that.
E37/E67 are virtually identical to how you tune them. With the e67 youre still going to have to tune the virtual ve tables rather than a traditional VE table. 2.5 bar is still perfectly fine on an...
I have a hunch it would work the same as adding FF to a TBSS but I havent tried it for myself yet.
E37 VVE should be good up to 2.5 Bar. Do you have the newest version of HPT?
you could run external trigger wheels for the cam and crank sensors, but youd have to use pretty much all gm sensors. i could see it working if you did a ton of research first before getting your...
thanks for that info, weird they would change that between years.
Doesnt the 09 lap use the e37 ecu? My e37 only goes to 63.5lb/hr i believe.
apologies for bumping an old thread.
looking at the spreadsheet and the labels in my tune they are not the same for the x axis.
the e37 table x axis is pressure differential and in the p12 they...
I figured out how to adjust the zones. it only allows you to go up to 256kpa though, its under airflow>dynamic>map and rpm zone boundaries
I saw you post about editing the axis' yourself but did you try the preset ones they give in the drop down menu?
Im not sure if thats just how hptuners made it to be, or if the ecu is actually...
yeah, i just installed 2.25. im assuming the consequence of making a single zone too large would be loss of resolution? opinions?
there have been like 5 good links posted in this thread.
i myself am reading them and learning
I am also interested in how one would go about remapping the map zones. I am willing to test...
I'm interested as well.
