When I go to customer service, it says "invalid information provided" and will not send me a temporary password

I didn't get a ticket number... I didn't get any reply

I have a friend that knows hptuners very well, and for the life of him or I, we can not get the software to update to 3.0
Any help will be greatly appreciated, since I tired to contact 3 phone...
