The unit uses the VIN and as built data from motor craft. As far as I can tell the updated calibration is not saved on the computer. I've tried to trick it a couple of times and failed.
You cannot do this. You can only download the tune for the vehicle you are connectted to at the particular time.

Besides the injector values looking very sus(deka's?), they most obvious thing I can see is ETC Trq Reduction for is set @ 1023nm, stock Value is 40nm.

It won't cut spark once manifold pressure is reduced (ie when back at idle) The running rough up top then rough idle are classic symptoms of valve springs in these Engines.
