I was wondering, if i flash my PCM with a manual tune from the repository, will i need to do a CASE relearn? Or does the PCM retain these values?

I'm relatively new to the forum and i have read through all the CASE learn threads that i could find but i cant seem to find a similar situation to mine.

My motor is a stock LS1,...

I'm not sure if you visit the forum any more but i was just curious on how you went? Did disconnecting the VSS help? I'm getting exactly the same problem and it's stumped me completely.
