I added the tune file to the end of the original post, This morning I changed the DTC's from no error reported to no mil light to see if it would change anything.

After getting the new O2 sensors in and plugging in the rear o2's I still have the same problem with it going through a rich/lean cycle

Seems to have fixed my problem, just have to replace a dead O2 sensor and a slow one and recheck to make sure but no more rich/lean condition so far
