It looks as if your getting fuel ( or IPW is showing some activity). If in fact you are getting fuel, have you checked for spark at the plug?
If I understand correctly, the MAF uses the VE table as a reference to verify if a MAF failure is present while in closed loop. But during power enrichment the VE table is not referenced. Correct?
