I have an LS3 (Crate , mechanical/cable throttle) and currently changing the manual transmission to 6L80e. I am trying to find a suitable harness and ECM/Operating system to run this combo. Currently have a spare E38 ECM. Before this tranny change project , the engine was being managed by Holley EFI ECU (which can't run the 6L80).
Will appreciate any leads/clues. ....

E38 or E67 should work. E38 seems to be the most common. Neither will work with a cable operated throttle body. Whatever 6L80 compatible controller / platform you decide to use (Camaro / Corvette / Truck), you will also need to use the matching electric throttle body and electric gas pedal.
Thanks for your reply. I am trying to avoid converting to drive by wire. So I guess I need to search for a completely stand alone 6L80 controller.
