Been tuning a Twin Turbo 5.3 swapped sandrail and having problem getting the AFR's in line above 4500 rpm.
Fuel pressure is good.
Injector PW isn't changing either.
Ideas?

Wow, you really need to check out your tune before you blow something up! Are you running E85? What kind of plugs?

I get an unfamiliar popup saying the file is created with a
newer version than I have, and can't be opened. This is
the "scaling change" one. I have a fairly fresh 2.24.xxx
installed on this machine.
So let's begin with some basics. Is this a SD-only tune,
and is the injector PW at 4500 and above, limited by the
PCM fuel delivery calculation or by the 100% duty cycle
limit (function of RPM, decreasing)?
And lastly, can you say for sure that your AFR readings
are true and not compromised by some other thing like
misfiring, incomplete combustion, spark blowout at high
boost?
dtc's are setup wrong.
