2006 C6 Idle Question
In my research on this site, I think I need a hole drilled in the throttle body. I get a nice idle at about 950rpm, with the ETC @ 11%. There is a slight hesitation when the throttle is cracked, I assume it is due to the ETC position being greater than 9%. If that is the case what size hole will need to be drilled?
Car is a 2006 Auto C6 with Cam, full exhuast, ProCharger, and 3600rpm converter. I have posted a log of the of the car idling if needed, as well as the tune file.

If it is that high I am sure that can cause some issues. Most of the hesitation I have seen is due to fueling though. Get the TPS strait and then make sure the fueling is ok. I am not too sure on the ETC details but I would imagine you would want to get it to about 5-6%

The ETC is set to allow a min of 8%, so it is already less than the 11%. So how do I lower it through the computer more than that?

I may have confused you, but I was agreeing with your haivng to drill the blade out. I would start out with a small bit and work your way up just so you dont go too big.

There lies the problem, should the first hole be something like a 3/64 or bigger like a 1/8?

I would go with like 1/16 just to see what it does, if it barely moves it or doesnt at all (which I doubt) go to 1/8. May take longer that way but saves you from going too far. Do it when the car is hot so you can start it up, let it idle 5 min, and check the tps
