CSV converter from Harry's Lap Timer to TrackAddict

I'm switching from Harry's Lap Timer to TrackAddict and I would like to migrate all session data to TrackAddict.
Is there a tool to convert CSV files from Harry's Lap Timer to TrackAddict so that I can import them all into TrackAddict?
