I have a 2002 camaro v6 that has a really good amount of mods done and i have head work done.. custome ground cam.. high flow fuel pump. And 65lb inj. How much should i set my inj for... if i set them to 50lbs would that be to much.. im not worried about fuel economy.

You just can't throw new injectors in without setting them up properly. You need to scale them properly for your vehicle's fuel pressure.
Here is an Excel file you can use to figure out the proper scaling and numbers to input into the appropriate tables. I don't know what is available for a V6, but my table was found in the VCM Editor, under Engine>Fuel Control>General>Flow Rate vs KPA.
